110% happy with key west ford. Rob is very good at his job and found the perfect fit for me. No pressure sales and everybody I met in the office was friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
great guy to have on your side
I wanted to make an informed decision about buying a car. Allan was great and it felt like he really knew where i was coming from with buying a used car. He empathized with my need to check off every concern I had on my list and I also felt comfortable around him the entire time. He came to pick me up himself all the way in North Vancouver! awesome guy, very knowledgeable, and has the utmost respect for his clients. I will recommend Key West Ford to anyone I know who wants to buy a used car. I'll tell them to "ask for Allan" ;).
Robert was very easy to work with and accommodated my schedule. He worked hard to get us the best deal he could on our car. Would be happy to work with him in the future!
Allan helped us to choose a useful truck with a good price, and I really appreciate their service, the whole sales team and financing department, they are really efficient. I will recommend key west ford to my friend.
Great Experience, Happy with my Purchase
I had a great experience with purchasing my vehicle from Key West with the help of Zach. He was great to deal with and I am quite pleased with the outcome. Gurj in finance was also great, he spent the time to explain all the options and helped make the whole experience seamless.
A big thank you again to the team at Key West.
5 Star Dealership
I waited at least 3 weeks before finally posting a review. So far so good.
Eric Yapp was my salesperson and can't say nothing but good things about him.
I was looking for a truck for my company and left there happy.
Ask for Eric at reception and let the magic happen
First time buyer, whose experience couldn't have been better
I am from Alberta and I was in the stressful position last week of finding out I couldn't insure my car here because it was in poor condition, it would cost over $3000 to repair it to code and that old car wasn't even worth $100. I needed a new vehicle and I needed it quick but never having bought a car from a dealership before and being young I was worried I would not be able to get a loan approval to make this happen. Then Key West came to my rescue, within about 2 hours of being there I was sitting in my new car. They had everything in-store from the sales team, the financing team and even an ICBC broker. Not only was I in this beautiful new car, they also took my old crap car for me and even paid me $100 for it when I was told I would be lucky if I got $80 for it! Here I am, a week later, all the paperwork done, switched over to ICBC and a affordable bi-weekly payment plan that my partner and I can actually afford! Every team member has been super helpful along the way and I know if I ever need anything I can just call and they will help me out!
I never thought buying a car would be this easy but.....it really is. I have put off buying a new car for years because the fear of how expensive an complicated it would be but, I was so wrong!!!
Quick and great service
We had Jag as out Sales rep and he was great, really helped us and wasn't too pushy which is what we like. He worked hard for us to get us what needed and wanted.
Started my search for a Ford Mustang at the Richmond automall ford dealership, they didn’t even let me test drive the car! Went to key west ford and found Robert, he let us test drive the car, and gave us amazing customer service! Plus they got better deals and a bigger inventory than anyone else. Enough though the shop is further for me, it’s definitely worth the drive!

It was an easy prediction. Throughout the week critics placed their bets on the 2018 F-150 - certain that it would secure a victory, knowing that the competition would falter. This was the one true guarantee of the season.
That doesn’t make the first-place finish any less exciting, however. Motor Trend has just named the 2018 F-150 Truck of the Year!
November began with a race of legendary proportions - pitting the 2018 F-150 against the Chevrolet Colorado and the GMC Sierra Denali. Each platform (having already secured acclaim across key industry benchmarks) was vying for the Truck of the Year title, with the Motor Trend team pushing them to the limits. Engines were tested; payloads were gauged; and a brutal series of off-road obstacles demanded nothing less than perfection from the drivetrains.
In the end only one pick-up remained - the 2018 F-150. Ford’s latest half-ton option dazzled the critics with its available 5.0L V8 (395 HP, 400 lb.-ft of torque) and Intelligent AWD. It paired AdvanceTrac technology with integrated Trailer Sway Control to deliver a smooth ride on every terrain; and its class-leading trailering capacity (13,200 pounds) dominated the heaviest hauls. There was no doubt that this aluminum monster would win.
There’s also no doubt that it will perform well on the B.C. charts. Key West Ford expects the 2018 F-150 to rev off our dealership, yielding the power our customers deserve.
The competition is fierce. At the starting line contenders gather - the gleaming Chevrolet Colorado ZR2, the muscular GMC Sierra Denali, and the aluminum-clad F-150. These platforms all share a revved greeting before readying themselves for a race around the track. Only one can win, earning the title of Best Truck of the Year.
Motor Trend has just announced its finalists for Truck of the Year - and Ford’s ever-popular F-150 has made the cut! This pick-up has proven a critical favorite, with its revised powertrain celebrated and its trailering capabilities praised. It’s a 3.3L V6 beast, roaring from 0 to 60 in a mere 7.6 seconds. A standard six-speed automatic transmission delivers crisp handling, while the optional 10-speed accommodates heavy payloads with ease. The 145-inch wheelbase delivers best-in-class comfort, blending leather-trimmed seating with SYNC 3 entertainment; and an optional AWD ensures robust responses on every terrain.
All of this pairs with a 13,200-pound towing capacity - resulting in segment-shattering capability and undeniable power. The 2018 F-150 is primed for every mile.
We anticipate, therefore, that Motor Trend will place a crown on its hood very soon.

With every heavy load comes a worry of speed - with drivers creeping around corners, afraid that their pick-ups will suddenly skid across the road. Their trailers are filled to the brim, threatening always to topple over; and every mile brings a wince. One too-quick acceleration could lead to disaster.
Ford recognizes the concerns of its customers - which is why it seeks to provide greater stability on the highway. The 2018 F-150 will feature Curve Control technology.
According to TFL Truck, Curve Control is an exclusive Ford system - one that delivers smooth handling on every terrain. It utilizes intuitive sensors to assess both road conditions and platform speed. Should MPH ratios prove too high while turning, it will automatically engage the four-wheel disc brakes, reducing torque and accelerations. This will allow drivers to immediately regain control of their F-150s and create a more fluid response.
With Curve Control balance is achieved - ensuring that all wheels remain firmly planted on the road. Ford further combines this system with complementary features (including Hill Assist, Active Park Assist, and Adaptive Collision Warnings) to ensure a seamless ride. No payload is too great for the 2018 F-150.
Let us prove the value of Curve Control. Visit our dealership today to learn more about this function, as well as to schedule a test-drive in our available F-Series models.
F-Series fans, rejoice! Ford has finally unveiled the engine line-up for the 2018 F-150 - promising best-in-class power with every mile.
Equipment World reports that the 2018 F-150 (which should arrive this fall) will deliver staggering off-road capabilities - thanks to its full range of powerplants. Ford has paired this pick-up with five unique options, enabling drivers to more easily define their heavy-duty needs. Consider a:
3.3L Port Fuel Direction Injection V6 - with 290 HP and 265 lb.-ft of torque.
2.7L EcoBoost V6 - with 325 HP and 400 lb.-ft of torque.
5.0L Ti-VCT V8 - with 395 HP and 400 lb.-ft of torque.
3.5L EcoBoost V6 - with 375 HP and 470 lb.-ft of torque.
3.5L High-Output EcoBoost - with 450 HP and 510 lb.-ft of torque.
These numbers showcase a massive increase in performance for the F-150, with Ford averaging an HP rise of 9 points and a torque rise of 17 points. This allows the truck to push past the competition, ensuring segment-leading results on the highway.
Excited? We are!
The 2018 F-150 promises to be a worthy addition to the F-Series family. To learn more about the platform contact Key West Ford today.
Customization proves the cornerstone of the F-150 - with Ford allowing drivers to define their performance needs. No longer sacrifice torque; no longer compromise horsepower. Instead conquer every terrain with help from four new engine options.
According to The Drive, Ford isn’t content to merely provide its customers with EcoBoost performance. It’s pushing the limits of its F-Series instead, fusing the 2018 F-150 with a suite of engines. Choose which best accommodates every towing, trailering, or payload need:
Each of these options will pair with a new 10-speed automatic transmission - allowing F-150 drivers to better optimize each mile. Expect fluid shifting, direct-injection technology, and even enhanced economy (The Drive speculates that each platform will earn, at least, 2 MPGs extra on the highway). The ultimate pick-up is coming.
The 2018 F-150 should arrive in the early fall. We’ll be certain to have each of these engines available at Key West Ford, allowing our customers to select the perfect powertrains for their hauling needs. To learn more contact us today.
The F-Series will soon boast a fresh look - with Ford enhancing both the architecture and powertrain of the 2018 F-150. This platform promises a mid-cycle upgrade that should impress even the most pernicious pick-up fan.
According to The Drive, the 2018 F-150 has been redesigned - with Ford emphasizing the need for superior economy. To achieve this, it’s redefined the truck’s fascia, fusing it with high-strength aluminum-alloy (critics estimate that more than 70% of the paneling has been replaced). This creates a lightweight frame that, when paired with the new 10-speed automatic transmission and EcoBoost system, provides best-in-class efficiency: an EPA-estimated 30 MPGs on the highway.
That will surely impress North American drivers, helping to reduce resource consumption and offer relief from constant fuel station visits. The 2018 F-150 delivers more than superior mileage, however. It also boasts all-terrain capabilities, with its 3.5L V6 engine revving to 375 HP and 470 lb.-ft of torque. No road will prove too difficult to conquer and no task will be too great.
We can’t wait to see this truck in B.C.!

Variety proves the spice of life - and the cornerstone of Ford. With the release of its 2018 F-150, the brand is embracing a bespoke philosophy, allowing drivers to redefine each mile and each engine revolution.
According to Total Landscape Care, the 2018 F-150 will deliver custom experiences. This F-Series powerhouse will boast three traditional engine options - accommodating all light-duty, mid-duty, and heavy-duty demands with ease.
A 3.3L V6: this is the standard powertrain for the F-150. Though no official specs have been released, critics anticipate that it will generate 282 HP and 253 lb.-ft of torque (comparable to the 2017 model).
A 2.7L EcoBoost: this option is intended to maximize efficiency, blending direct-injection technology with an advanced dual port design. Overall MPG ratios are expected to rise by 11% on the highway and 6% in the city.
A 5.0L V8: this naturally-aspirated engine should yield the highest distributions (an expected 385 HP and 387 lb.-ft of torque), as well as ensure smooth handling through the new 10-speed automatic transmission.
Experience tailored responses with help from the 2018 F-150. This pick-up promises multiple powertrains and dynamic capabilities - with every engine providing best-in-class strength or economy. Drivers can now choose the values that best reflect their everyday needs.

A promise of diesel efficiency propels the automotive market - with critics thrilling with the revelation of a PowerStroke F-150. The 2018 platform will boast a new drivetrain, connecting riders to improved economy and budget-friendly miles.
The Key West Ford team knows, however, that savings should never demand a sacrifice of safety - and this is why we’re pleased to announce that the 2018 F-150 will also boast best-in-class protection technologies.
According to Gotta Be Mobile, Ford is fusing its new F-Series platform with a suite of advanced systems. Each promotes more effective driver responses, delivering real-time monitoring on every road. Available features will now include:
A 360-Degree Camera: highlighting all terrains and conditions through high-resolution lenses.
A Lane-Keeping System: identifying all driver drifts and helping them properly realign their vehicles.
A Blind Spot Information System: observing the road through radar sensors and alerting drivers to the presence of potential impediments.
Trailer Tow Technology: utilizing rear cameras to assess all conditions surrounding the trailer (up to 33-feet).
Pedestrian Detection Technology: showcasing all frontal obstacles through high-definition cameras and scanning sensors.
Through these features, the 2018 F-150 provides class-leading safety - helping to mitigate collisions and protect all riders.

The expectations prove immense - with drivers already scouring dealerships and online networks alike, studying every line of the newly revealed 2018 F-150. They’re gauging design and trailering capabilities alike, trying to determine whether this wide-grilled fascia will redefine the pick-up market.
We think it will.
According to Road and Track, the 2018 Ford F-150 will transform heavy-duty economy - delivering a 3.0L diesel V6 engine. The pick-up will utilize the TD6 platform of the Range Rover Sport, generating an estimated 28 miles-per-gallon on the highway. This will allow it to promote both best-in-class power and best-in-class fuel distribution, providing drivers with the results they deserve.
Those results won’t demand a sacrifice of performance, however. Instead the TD6 engine will offer 254 HP and 440 lb.-ft of torque, ensuring steady payloads with every mile. This diesel option will prove a perfect complement to the modern market, adapting to work and play with equal ease.
The Key West team is certainly impressed. We recognize the need for improved fuel efficiency - and the 2018 F-150 will enable our customers to better control their experiences and their budgets, sparing them constant stops at the pump.

Gaze into the crystal ball, B.C. drivers, and see a bright future. The glass will reveal a whirl of smoke and chrome, with the rumble of a V6 engine echoing between. The 2018 F-150 is coming.... and it’s boasting a new style.
According to Trucks.com, Ford - despite still tweaking its 2017 F-150 - has already begun testing next year’s platform. This pick-up (captured via exclusive spy shots) delivers spectacular design, with the Super Duty influence seen in every angle. The front fascia offers a two-bar grille, flanked now by sculpted fenders; and the tailgate has been refined, offering a new handle to ensure easier cargo access. Subtle changes to the side panels complete the effect.
The Key West team is already imagining this truck on our lot - and we know our customers are imagining it at the pump. Rumors persist that the 2018 F-150 will feature a hybrid engine, blending gas and supplemental electric power. This promises greater efficiency (and savings) on the road.
No official release date has been given for the 2018 F-150. We anticipate a late fall arrival, however, for next year - with this truck serving as the perfect third-quarter cornerstone.
