Great sales and communication
I bought a used 2016 mustang gt just recently from Lino. He was very helpful, friendly and answered all my questions. I also spoke in great length with Michael Nokes the sales manager. He was easy to get along with and a general overall nice guy. I would definitely recommend key west ford to anyone looking for a brand new or used ford. Lino didn’t pressure me into buying that first day I arrived. You will feel comfortable dealing with him and Michael nokes.

Got a great 2018 F150
Very happy to deal with Jag. Got a new F150 at a great deal and he was able to close the deal within minutes. The truck was courtesy detailed and he made sure I had no questions before I left the dealership.
Would deal with the dealership again in the future.
Fantastic deal and service on purchasing used vehicle

In 1991 the sport utility market changed. Ford - recognizing the need for superior comfort and equally superior performance - introduced drivers to its Explorer, delivering a platform that pushed through back-road obstacles and suburban demands with equal ease. It was adaptable; it was rugged; and it offered exceptional capabilities.
Those capabilities will soon expand.
Automotive News has just revealed spy shots of the next-gen Ford Explorer! This SUV (which is slated for an early 2018 arrival) offers a bold new look, with its wheelbase both lengthened and widened. This creates a more aggressive profile, with the sharp fenders and elongated side panels revving up the platform’s appearance.
With a new style comes new performance. Ford has reportedly fused the Explorer with military-grade aluminum, drastically reducing its overall weight and creating a more efficient all-wheel powertrain. No official specs have been released, but critics anticipate the numbers to hover close to the 54 MPG mark.
This will prove crucial for drivers, allowing them to experience off-road performance and everyday efficiency. The new Explorer will combine these elements with ease.
We’re excited - and we know our customers are as well. Share your thoughts about the Ford Explorer with us today!
It’s the most unusual of victories. While the Ford Mustang dominates the speedways - blitzing past the competition and leaving smoke in its wake - it seems an unlikely candidate for economy. With fastback style, after all, comes equally fast performance.
At the annual MPG Marathon, however, it was Ford’s signature pony-car that reigned supreme.
Green Car Reports notes that the Ford Mustang earned top honors at the MPG Marathon (a UK event meant to showcase the world’s most efficient platforms). The GT variant scored an impressive 36.6 miles-per-gallon ratio, yielding the contest’s ‘Most Improved’ performance. The massive 5.0L V8 engine roared across a 430-mile course and crossed the finish line in style.
This surprised no spectator at the MPG Marathon. The lack of EcoBoost technology, however, did - with the GT managing to generate high numbers without Ford’s innovative fuel booster. We can only imagine how well the pony-car would have done, had it been fully equipped.
Even without the use of EcoBoost, however, the Mustang still managed to best its competitors - leaving many drivers to reconsider their views on convertibles, V8 engines, and the possibilities of economy.

There’s a strange calm in Las Vegas - with the sounds a little softer and the lights a little weaker. The strip may be bustling, but many men and women walk dazedly past its glitzy venues. They’re not thinking about that ever-present neon glow. They’re instead thinking about the 2016 SEMA show.
We don’t blame them. At the recent SEMA event, guests were treated to a series of innovations, ingenuities, and unforgettable moments - with automotive brands revealing their latest powertrains. Among these was (of course) the Ford Motor Company, thrilling consumers and critics alike with more than 50 stunning showcases.
Ford Authority recently ranked those showcases, revealing the brand’s most impressive SEMA platforms:
The WyoTech 2016 Transit - a concept cargo van, boasting retro-styling and a F-150 drivetrain.
The DeBerti 2017 F-150 Raptor - a pick-up that blends a Foutz Motorsports suspension system with rugged steel construction.
The Mustang 2016 GT4 - a race-car that delivers a 5.2L flat-plane-crank V8 engine and an extended rear-wing profile.
The ROUSH 2016 Focus RS - a performance hatchback that pairs all-wheel-drive with 500 HP capabilities.
The Timeless Kustoms 1965 Mustang - a 1,000 HP pony-car that fuses the 1965 Mustang with a twin-turbo 5.1L V8.
These platforms dazzled at the SEMA show, leaving guests thrilled for the new year (when production will begin on many of these concept vehicles). Ford offered a truly spectacular collection.... and we only wish we could’ve been there to see it.
In 1996 the automotive world wept. Ford, it was sadly announced, had ended production for its beloved Bronco - leaving an undeniable (and all too tragic) hole within the sport utility world. That hole seemed impossible to fill, with every all-terrain successor failing to deliver the wanted style, power, or performance. All seemed lost.
Recent rumors, however, promise hope on the horizon - because the Ford Bronco is returning and it may share the off-road capabilities on the Raptor!
According to Fab Newz, Ford is bringing the Bronco back (with a 2018 release date tentatively scheduled). The company doesn’t want, however, to merely piece together old styles and old standards. It instead seeks to redefine the SUV market, blending this platform with its Everest Raptor.
Critics believe that the 2018 Bronco will mimic the capabilities of the Raptor, with Ford considering both a 2.3L and 3.2L powertrain. A four-wheel-drive will pair with a spring-based continuous rear axle to ensure rugged performance, while reported EcoBoost technology will maximize MPG outputs. An optional diesel option may also be available (much like the Everest).
These specs - while not yet verified by Ford - promote superior power, with the 2018 Bronco able to crush every trail; and we’ve got our fingers crossed that this SUV will soon adopt Raptor attitude.

October wasn’t a month of ghouls and goblins. It was instead a month of charity - with the We Scare Hunger event showcasing the generosity of every Key West Ford customer.
Throughout October, we urged our customers to spare a little time (and a few canned goods) for those in need. The response was inspiring. We’re proud to announce that we received more than 6,000 pounds of non-perishable goods. This - along with our exclusive Go Fund Me campaign has allowed us to battle childhood hunger throughout Lower Mainland.
All donations have been taken to the Greater Vancouver Food Bank Society - where they’ll be distributed among families across the Lower Mainland, providing hope and health for the season. We are incredibly touched by the actions of our customers and we share our sincere thanks to those who participated.
The We Scare Hunger event delivers good will to those who most deserve it. We’re grateful for the kind donations that were offered - and we know that families across New Westminster are reaping the rewards of that charity.
The 2016 SEMA event has come to an end - but its revelations still echo through Las Vegas, with chrome fans sharing stories about the endless engine upgrades and suspension innovations. From November 1st to November 4th, the world’s top automotive brands delivered a series of wonders.
Ford is fusing those wonders with digital precision.
According to Car Buzz, Ford took the 2016 SEMA event from the showroom to the smartphone screen. With the release of its exclusive Performance App - which allows drivers to monitor their road responses, assessing speed, efficiency, and precision - the company is redefining connectivity. Check it out!
Ford’s Performance App delivers track-worthy responses. By syncing automatically with every vehicle, it allows users to access their mile-by-mile data. This data (which includes RPM generation, gear selection, G-Force acceleration, and more) reveals each driver’s abilities - identifying both their strengths and weaknesses through real-time results.
These results prove essential to those wishing to conquer the track. By monitoring their Performance App information, drivers can better understand how to enhance each turn - analyzing their reactions to achieve faster speeds and tighter cornering. This, the Key West team knows, will elevate both the racing experience and everyday commutes.

In the Las Vegas desert they gather - those chrome-covered titans, all rumbling beneath the Nevada sun, all streaking quicksilver-fast down the strip. They are the critical favorites of the 2016 SEMA show, earning endless acclaim for their powerful engines and undeniable style. They’re ferocious; they’re fierce; they’re... all Fords.
Ford has delivered SEMA’s biggest hits, with AutoWeek reporting that it recently secured the show’s top honors. On November 1st, the company premiered more than 50 custom vehicles to the Las Vegas public - and these vehicles have generated extraordinary responses:
The Hottest Coupe: Ford Mustang.
The Hottest Hatchback: Ford Focus.
The Hottest Truck: Ford F-Series.
These awards come as no surprise (Ford won them last year) but they do come with expectations. Earning recognition at SEMA forces brands to create exceptional performance, with each car meant to provide both speed and style. We believe that the Mustang, Focus, and F-Series will have no trouble with that. These platforms promise innovation, blending: V8 engines, EcoBoost technology, Twin Vortices turbochargers, Intelligent All-Wheel-Drivetrains, and more. They’re ready for every road.
We’ve got our fingers crossed for accelerated production schedules and early arrivals.

Bigger is always better in Texas. With a massive state comes a need for equally massive performance - and drivers expect their pick-ups to adapt to every super-sized highway.
Ford meets those expectations, with its 2017 Super Duty delivering impressive power, steady economy, and the everyday precision North Americans deserve. That's why it comes as no surprise that the pick-up was recently named the Truck of Texas.
The Detroit News reports that the 2017 Super Duty earned top honors at the Texas Auto Writers Association event (an annual celebration of all things chrome). With its 6.2L V8 engine, it pushed past the competition - generating 385 HP and 430 lb.-ft of torque. EcoBoost technology promises improved economy, while the military-grade aluminum construction delivers nimble responses. This powertrain is tailored for heavy-duty demands.
Those demands include towing. The 2017 Super Duty boasts best-in-class performance, offering 21,000 of conventional trailering, 27,000 pounds of 5th wheel trailering, and 32,000 pounds of gooseneck trailering. This allows it accommodate even the toughest loads.
Everything is bigger in Texas - and the Ford Super Duty offers the biggest value on the market. To learn more about this platform contact us today.
In the distance is a shadow - stretching slowly toward Las Vegas, echoed always by a V6 rumble. It’s coming closer, with every second casting a long dark silhouette; and eventually this silhouette comes into focus, revealing a pick-up powerhouse.
The 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor has arrived at SEMA!
AutoBlog recently announced that the F-150 Raptor will greet visitors at SEMA. Dubbed the Pre-Runner, it boasts a 3.5L V6 engine and a Gibson cat-back exhaust. This allows the truck to rev over every terrain, fully utilizing its 4x4 design to crush sand, stone, and everything in between.
A new suspension also proves ideal, with the 2017 F-150 Raptor now offering Foutz Motorsports' precision (an additional three inches has been added to the drivetrain, ensuring easy off-road capabilities and increased water treading). Pair this with 40-inch tires to create a powerhouse without equal.
Ford is bringing a fleet of new cars to SEMA - including the Mustang, the Super Duty, and the Transit. None, however, will earn as much acclaim as the 2017 Raptor. Guests will be singing its all-terrain praises throughout the week.

Las Vegas proves the center of all things exceptional - with the 2016 SEMA show introducing drivers to dynamic platforms and timeless performance. Tomorrow the convention center doors will open, allowing guests to wander through aisles of soft-topped speedsters and utility behemoths.
It will also connect them to Ford’s latest pony-car feat: the P-51.
According to Ford Authority, a 727 HP Mustang is on its way to SEMA. The P-51 - made in collaboration with ROUSH Performance - boasts a supercharged platform, with its 5.0L V8 engine delivering TVS capabilities. On forged aluminum wheels it speeds down the track, clinging to every curve with signature pony precision. A 3-way adjustable suspension allows for responsive handling, while the advanced intake system adapts to to every rev.
This Mustang is aptly named, drawing inspiration from the P-51 fighter plane. With its aerodynamic frame and lean profile, it should fly past every finish line.
We’ll admit it: we’re tempted to buy tickets to Las Vegas, just to see this Ford masterpiece in person. It’s going to be an undeniable SEMA showcase.
The P-51 Mustang boasts best-in-class speeds, offering drivers pure V8 power. To learn more about this model (as well as other Ford SEMA platforms) contact us today.
