We went to key west to trade in our car. We didn’t know what to expect. The staff made it a positive experience. We are now enjoying our new 2018 Ford Escape Titanium.
My Purchase with Peter Olson
When I met Peter he first started by asked as many questions as he could about the truck I was looking for. My use of the truck, the age of the truck, the price range, interior style, preferred colour and so on.
Peter called and had a few trucks for me to look at and drive to compare. I spent about 3 hours with Peter and it was a casual afternoon and a lot of questions were answered.I enjoyed my purchase with Peter.
Glad we’re lost!!
Me and my wife was lost looking for the car dealer we want to go to.im so glad we passed by Keywest Ford and met Allan. He’s such a terrific salesperson. He’s got answers to all our questions and a lot of things he could suggest for a very good deal.
Our Experience going there was 👍🏼 Great!!!customer service is awesome!!! And we went back home with our dream car!!
Thanks as well Gurj for all your help!!! 👍🏼👍🏼👌
We purchased a truck from Colton H. Yesterday. It was a pleasure working with him.. He was professional, personable and efficient. The whole process was positive ......even the financing with Nicholas T (who was very accommodating, informative and pleasant) was stress free.
Thanks to both of you!
Nancy and Brad
Fantastic Salesman, beware additional fees!
I purchased a vehicle from Alan at the beginning of the month and he was a pleasure to work with. Very quick response to my email enquiry and set up a test drive at my convenience. He was friendly and professional throughout the entire process making sure that the whole transaction was a pleasant one. However, the dealership has a couple of additional fees they add to your purchase after you've agreed to a price. A $199 insurance transfer fee and a $795 service fee which added $1000 to the final invoice presented for signature. No mention of these fees before this which was disappointing. Fees are a necessary evil when buying a vehicle but this dealership needs to be up front about them like they are with the documentation fee of $599.
We have just purchased a car from Robert and it was a great experience. We inquired about a car via email and Robert was extremely fast to respond by email as well as by phone. Robert was very friendly and professional and helped us to purchase the exact car we wanted. The whole transaction was fast and painless due to a great team at Key West Ford Sales Ltd. I would recommend Robert to anyone who looks for a new or a used car. Thank you very much!
New F150 purchase
Right from when I drove onto the lot Robert was very professional and knowledgeable and easy to deal with which made the whole process of purchasing my first truck a breeze.

SEMA has long since passed - but critics are still trading gasps over Ford’s exclusive collection. During the 2016 show, the automotive brand delivered more than 50 unique displays: connecting guests to pony-car style, all-terrain capabilities, and cargo van functionality.
More importantly, however, it offered pick-up power. The Ford F-150 Raptor Pre-Runner made quite the impression on SEMA guests - with its 39-inch BFG tires crushing the competition with every passing day.
According to PickupTrucks.com, Ford’s Pre-Runner was the definitive SEMA showcase. Its 3.5L V6 engine (paired perfectly with a 10-speed automatic transmission) promises best-in-class performance, while the innovative multi-terrain system allows for Baja racing. An advanced FOX suspension suspension offers smooth responses, with its coil-spring design carefully distributing every impact; and EcoBoost technology ensures superior economy.
These elements combine to create a pick-up worthy of every off-road adventure - and it’s no surprise that the F-150 Pre-Runner won considerable acclaim at SEMA. It earned that same acclaim at Key West Ford, with our team aching to slip behind the wheel of this back-road powerhouse.

Along the twisting turns of the Alps comes a sudden shadow - darting between the crooked lanes, blitzing past the snow and ever-present ice. It moves, bullet-quick, across Italy’s dizzying roads; and spectators huddled on the banks can only tremble as it passes.
This is the Ford Fiesta WRC.... and it’s beautiful.
Watch below as Ford tests its WRC against the alpine terrain, with its M-Sport team (led by driver Elfyn Evans) delivering a full-throttle experience.
None can deny the power of the 2017 Fiesta WRC. This hot hatchback reportedly boasts an EcoBoost engine, generating up to 380 HP (more than 60 HP more than the 2015 variant). Its aggressive new stance - which offers a square chassis and wide headlamps - cuts through wind resistance, allowing the car to push forward with ease; and the blend of aluminum and carbon fiber parts has enabled Ford to reduce the overall weight by 22 pounds.
This promises exceptional responses on the track, with the WRC able to deftly navigate even the sharpest corners. Its light, elongated frame promotes high performance.
Are you impressed? The Key West team certainly is.

It was a global introduction - with Ford rolling out its EcoSport across Brazil, India, and Vietnam. This compact crossover (with its four-wheel-drivetrain and 2.0L inline-4 engine) delighted drivers, delivering the rugged power they craved and the smooth 5-speed performance they needed. It proved a perfect addition to every back-road adventure.
That perfection didn’t extend to North America, however. Ford kept its EcoSport away from Canada and the United States, and those seeking a sub-compact option were unable to find one.
This is about to change. According to the Detroit Free Press, Ford is (finally) bringing its EcoSport to North America! To appease the need for a more efficient SUV, the company will launch its internationally-beloved platform - delivering improved economy, performance, and adaptability to the market.
While no official specs have been released, many critics anticipate that the EcoSport will provide either a 1.0L turbocharged inline-3 engine or a 140 HP 2.0L inline-4 engine. While diesel variants are available overseas, it’s unlikely they’ll be used in North America.
Are you excited about the arrival of the EcoSport? If so, share your thoughts with us! We’d love to hear about how this compact powerhouse will impact your off-roading fun.
With the end of the year comes the promise of trophies. To celebrate 2016’s most memorable platforms, Motor Trend recently announced its contenders for the best SUVs - connecting drivers to all-terrain performance and superior comfort.
It’s no surprise that the 2017 Ford Escape has made the list, earning recognition for its power, back-road adaptability, and endless options.
According to Motor Trend, the 2017 Escape is revving toward the finish line. When launching an extensive comparison of the year’s best SUVs and crossovers, the automotive site noted that this Ford platform pulls ahead of the pack, delivering a responsive 2.0L turbo-four engine and an adaptive cruise control (which allows for more precise all-terrain adventures). This pairs with a slew of available safety features - such as lane-keeping assistance and lane departure warnings - to ensure smooth rides on every road.
It also ensures acclaim, with the 2017 Escape joining fellow contenders: the BMW X1, the Infiniti QX30, the Kia Sportage, the Lexus LX 570, and the Toyota Land Cruiser. Each offers dynamic driving, keeping Ford’s popular platform in good company.
With the release of the 2017 Escape, drivers were introduced to classic Ford performance - and we know that this performance will continue to improve, expand, and redefine all expectations.
SEMA has ended - but its impact remains, sending shockwaves throughout the automotive world. Drivers (ever-hungry for power and performance) are demanding that the show’s concept platforms be released. These, after all, promise exceptional speeds.
None embrace this promise more than the 1,000 HP Mustang from Timeless Kustoms.
According to HighSnobiety, the Ford Mustang received an ultra-upgrade at the 2016 SEMA event. Thanks to super-tuner Timeless Kustoms, an original ’65 pony-car was fused with next-generation capabilities - boasting a massive 5.1L Aluminator engine. When paired with a Magnuson MP2300 TVS supercharger, this platform roared to a staggering 1,000 HP!
We’ll wait a moment for you to catch your breath.
Timeless Kustoms wasn’t content to achieve exceptional speeds. Instead they delivered equally exceptional responses, fusing their Mustang (aptly dubbed ‘The Vicious’) with a CG46 six-speed transmission and an advanced high-flow exhaust system. This allows the car to rush past the competition, with its 19-inch wheels spitting smoke across every track.
Are you as desperate to ride this pony as we are?
With the release of 'The Vicious', Ford proves the enduring power of its signature platform - and it leaves every other V8 in the proverbial dust.

In 1991 the sport utility market changed. Ford - recognizing the need for superior comfort and equally superior performance - introduced drivers to its Explorer, delivering a platform that pushed through back-road obstacles and suburban demands with equal ease. It was adaptable; it was rugged; and it offered exceptional capabilities.
Those capabilities will soon expand.
Automotive News has just revealed spy shots of the next-gen Ford Explorer! This SUV (which is slated for an early 2018 arrival) offers a bold new look, with its wheelbase both lengthened and widened. This creates a more aggressive profile, with the sharp fenders and elongated side panels revving up the platform’s appearance.
With a new style comes new performance. Ford has reportedly fused the Explorer with military-grade aluminum, drastically reducing its overall weight and creating a more efficient all-wheel powertrain. No official specs have been released, but critics anticipate the numbers to hover close to the 54 MPG mark.
This will prove crucial for drivers, allowing them to experience off-road performance and everyday efficiency. The new Explorer will combine these elements with ease.
We’re excited - and we know our customers are as well. Share your thoughts about the Ford Explorer with us today!
It’s the most unusual of victories. While the Ford Mustang dominates the speedways - blitzing past the competition and leaving smoke in its wake - it seems an unlikely candidate for economy. With fastback style, after all, comes equally fast performance.
At the annual MPG Marathon, however, it was Ford’s signature pony-car that reigned supreme.
Green Car Reports notes that the Ford Mustang earned top honors at the MPG Marathon (a UK event meant to showcase the world’s most efficient platforms). The GT variant scored an impressive 36.6 miles-per-gallon ratio, yielding the contest’s ‘Most Improved’ performance. The massive 5.0L V8 engine roared across a 430-mile course and crossed the finish line in style.
This surprised no spectator at the MPG Marathon. The lack of EcoBoost technology, however, did - with the GT managing to generate high numbers without Ford’s innovative fuel booster. We can only imagine how well the pony-car would have done, had it been fully equipped.
Even without the use of EcoBoost, however, the Mustang still managed to best its competitors - leaving many drivers to reconsider their views on convertibles, V8 engines, and the possibilities of economy.

There’s a strange calm in Las Vegas - with the sounds a little softer and the lights a little weaker. The strip may be bustling, but many men and women walk dazedly past its glitzy venues. They’re not thinking about that ever-present neon glow. They’re instead thinking about the 2016 SEMA show.
We don’t blame them. At the recent SEMA event, guests were treated to a series of innovations, ingenuities, and unforgettable moments - with automotive brands revealing their latest powertrains. Among these was (of course) the Ford Motor Company, thrilling consumers and critics alike with more than 50 stunning showcases.
Ford Authority recently ranked those showcases, revealing the brand’s most impressive SEMA platforms:
The WyoTech 2016 Transit - a concept cargo van, boasting retro-styling and a F-150 drivetrain.
The DeBerti 2017 F-150 Raptor - a pick-up that blends a Foutz Motorsports suspension system with rugged steel construction.
The Mustang 2016 GT4 - a race-car that delivers a 5.2L flat-plane-crank V8 engine and an extended rear-wing profile.
The ROUSH 2016 Focus RS - a performance hatchback that pairs all-wheel-drive with 500 HP capabilities.
The Timeless Kustoms 1965 Mustang - a 1,000 HP pony-car that fuses the 1965 Mustang with a twin-turbo 5.1L V8.
These platforms dazzled at the SEMA show, leaving guests thrilled for the new year (when production will begin on many of these concept vehicles). Ford offered a truly spectacular collection.... and we only wish we could’ve been there to see it.
In 1996 the automotive world wept. Ford, it was sadly announced, had ended production for its beloved Bronco - leaving an undeniable (and all too tragic) hole within the sport utility world. That hole seemed impossible to fill, with every all-terrain successor failing to deliver the wanted style, power, or performance. All seemed lost.
Recent rumors, however, promise hope on the horizon - because the Ford Bronco is returning and it may share the off-road capabilities on the Raptor!
According to Fab Newz, Ford is bringing the Bronco back (with a 2018 release date tentatively scheduled). The company doesn’t want, however, to merely piece together old styles and old standards. It instead seeks to redefine the SUV market, blending this platform with its Everest Raptor.
Critics believe that the 2018 Bronco will mimic the capabilities of the Raptor, with Ford considering both a 2.3L and 3.2L powertrain. A four-wheel-drive will pair with a spring-based continuous rear axle to ensure rugged performance, while reported EcoBoost technology will maximize MPG outputs. An optional diesel option may also be available (much like the Everest).
These specs - while not yet verified by Ford - promote superior power, with the 2018 Bronco able to crush every trail; and we’ve got our fingers crossed that this SUV will soon adopt Raptor attitude.

October wasn’t a month of ghouls and goblins. It was instead a month of charity - with the We Scare Hunger event showcasing the generosity of every Key West Ford customer.
Throughout October, we urged our customers to spare a little time (and a few canned goods) for those in need. The response was inspiring. We’re proud to announce that we received more than 6,000 pounds of non-perishable goods. This - along with our exclusive Go Fund Me campaign has allowed us to battle childhood hunger throughout Lower Mainland.
All donations have been taken to the Greater Vancouver Food Bank Society - where they’ll be distributed among families across the Lower Mainland, providing hope and health for the season. We are incredibly touched by the actions of our customers and we share our sincere thanks to those who participated.
The We Scare Hunger event delivers good will to those who most deserve it. We’re grateful for the kind donations that were offered - and we know that families across New Westminster are reaping the rewards of that charity.
