First Time Purchase
As first time new car purchasers, my fiancé and I were delighted with the experience of purchasing our new 2018 Ford Escape. Peter made us feel at ease, and let us see a variety of vehicles, even going as far as pulling them out of their parking spots to let us see each and every car in a bit more open area.
Peter was kind, light-hearted and didn’t make us feel pressured into making any decisions. He was up front about the previous ownership of the vehicle we decided on, and even printed off the reports for us to keep. When we had further questions, he brought Wes over to meet with us and discuss the vehicle further.
It was so nice, being first time buyers, to have a pressure-free and up front conversation about our new purchase.
We highly recommend Peter, and the entire Key West team, to help you find your new vehicle!

Great Experience, Great Deal!
We arrived just before the dealership was to open and Jag came out and welcomed us in and helped us immediately. He quickly located the vehicle we were looking at and brought it to us. Jag was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
We decided on the vehicle and we worked out a great deal.
I also wanted to send a thank-you to Ivan and Gurj!
Overall we are very happy with our vehicle, very happy with our deal and extremely satisfied with our overall experience. I would have no problem recommending Jag and Key West Ford!
Exactly the vehicle we were looking for
Robert was extremely knowledgeable and personable from the first phone call to his most recent follow up call. We had done our research and were looking for a specific Ford F150 that could pull our fifth wheel trailer. Robert listened carefully and suggested that we come in and see the one used vehicle that met our criteria. Never pushy but friendly and excellent at his job. Wanted to make the deal but willing to negotiate and make sure that we satisfied with the process. Highly recommend Robert to any of my friends and thanks for making the buying experience pleasurable.
We recently purchased a new Ford Escape and were impressed with the friendly and courteous service. Lino and Wes were very helpful and knowledgeable. They patiently and confidently answered our many questions and guided us through the process with ease. Thank you also to Jeff who promptly assisted us when we returned the next day with a couple of questions when Lino and Wes were not available. Overall, we appreciated the attentive service from all staff from our initial visit through the financing and insurance.
Latest Ford News For Vancouver And New Westminster B.C. Drivers
Autumn brings changing leaves, cool breezes... and the need to suddenly stop as branches tumble to the road and rain collects in massive puddles. The ability to brake - quickly and efficiently - is essential.
This is why Key West Ford recommends that all drivers have their brakes inspected.
All cars are susceptible to the fall. As the temperatures drop internal issues rise. Fluid levels change; corrosion occurs; and seasonal debris clogs the intake valves. Brakes are no exception to these concerns, becoming unresponsive as the weather takes its toll.
It’s important, therefore, to have all pedals and lines inspected. Let our Service Department examine your car for the most common fall issues, including:
Ford is committed to more than engines and powertrains. It also promises community change, wanting to invigorate both the sales market and the economy.
Key West Ford is happy to report that these goals will soon come true.
According to Detroit News, the automaker is adding 1,000 new jobs to its Ontario plant. This is being done to accommodate the launch of the 2015 Ford Edge, the latest global crossover model. Production demands for this vehicle are expected to soar and Ontario will be at the center of assemblage.
And this will prove ideal for Canada’s overall economic strength, providing a surge of new jobs (and new spending).
With the arrival of the 2015 Edge Ford is transforming the North American market. Expect accelerated productions and increased auto-parts sales by the end of the year.

Ford has long since dominated the full-size arena, bringing drivers the best in pick-up performance. Its signature F-Series line (which includes the F-150, F-250 and F-350) has become synonymous with 4WD power.
Key West Ford is pleased to announce that this power may soon shift toward the compact market.
According to Pick Up Trucks, Ford is considering a compact model. This truck - which is assumed to be a variant of the F-150 or the 2015 Ranger - will invigorate the market, providing drivers with more manageable power. It should boast higher fuel economy and an easy-to-control unibody platform, making it an attractive option on the highway or the backroads.
And this could transform the North American market.
This compact will be less daunting to the average driver. Extensive hauling and towing won’t be needed to justify purchasing it, and its sleek size will make it more adaptable during everyday errands and events. This will appeal to a wide range of potential buyers, creating a new generation of pick-up devotees.
Key West Ford is excited about the possible arrival of a compact truck. We hope to hear more about this soon - and we’ll be sure to share the details with you!

The 2015 F-150 has been a source of controversy and uncertainty. Critics have questioned its aluminum framing; divers have scoffed at its lightweight construction; and dealers have wondered whether it will simply gather dust on their lots.
Ford is ready to answer these questions - with a Built Ford Tough Roundup.
From October 11th to December 21st Ford will send its 2015 F-150 across North America, showcasing its strength and speed in a series of tests. These tests will emphasize the pick-up’s new frame, EcoBoost engine and accelerated towing capabilities (including a 3,300 payload rate).
While many may doubt the F-150’s design, Key West Ford knows that this Roundup will prove why aluminum is the material of the future. We look forward to the results of this promotion and will be sure to share them with you.

The Ford F-150 has forever reigned at the top of the towing charts. Its extraordinary power and steel-infused frame has allowed it to create a payload empire.
The 2015 F-150 is now poised to inherit that empire.
Key West Ford is pleased to report that the 2015 F-150 (which has been completely transformed, bending an aluminum body with EcoBoost technology) was recently named the best light duty pick-up in both towing and hauling. It achieved a tow rate of 12,200 pounds and a haul rate of 3,300 pounds.
These numbers are certain to thrill New Westminster drivers in need of reliable payloads. The 2015 Ford F-150 can effortlessly adapt to any environment and any job, making it the truck of choice for work or play.
When this pickup model was first announced, many assumed it would lack the power of previous generations. Its aluminum design was considered a risk. Key West Ford recognized the potential of the F-150, however, and we’re happy to see that our trust wasn’t misplaced. This is the new towing champion for 2014!
