We went to key west to trade in our car. We didn’t know what to expect. The staff made it a positive experience. We are now enjoying our new 2018 Ford Escape Titanium.
My Purchase with Peter Olson
When I met Peter he first started by asked as many questions as he could about the truck I was looking for. My use of the truck, the age of the truck, the price range, interior style, preferred colour and so on.
Peter called and had a few trucks for me to look at and drive to compare. I spent about 3 hours with Peter and it was a casual afternoon and a lot of questions were answered.I enjoyed my purchase with Peter.
Glad we’re lost!!
Me and my wife was lost looking for the car dealer we want to go to.im so glad we passed by Keywest Ford and met Allan. He’s such a terrific salesperson. He’s got answers to all our questions and a lot of things he could suggest for a very good deal.
Our Experience going there was 👍🏼 Great!!!customer service is awesome!!! And we went back home with our dream car!!
Thanks as well Gurj for all your help!!! 👍🏼👍🏼👌
We purchased a truck from Colton H. Yesterday. It was a pleasure working with him.. He was professional, personable and efficient. The whole process was positive ......even the financing with Nicholas T (who was very accommodating, informative and pleasant) was stress free.
Thanks to both of you!
Nancy and Brad
Fantastic Salesman, beware additional fees!
I purchased a vehicle from Alan at the beginning of the month and he was a pleasure to work with. Very quick response to my email enquiry and set up a test drive at my convenience. He was friendly and professional throughout the entire process making sure that the whole transaction was a pleasant one. However, the dealership has a couple of additional fees they add to your purchase after you've agreed to a price. A $199 insurance transfer fee and a $795 service fee which added $1000 to the final invoice presented for signature. No mention of these fees before this which was disappointing. Fees are a necessary evil when buying a vehicle but this dealership needs to be up front about them like they are with the documentation fee of $599.
We have just purchased a car from Robert and it was a great experience. We inquired about a car via email and Robert was extremely fast to respond by email as well as by phone. Robert was very friendly and professional and helped us to purchase the exact car we wanted. The whole transaction was fast and painless due to a great team at Key West Ford Sales Ltd. I would recommend Robert to anyone who looks for a new or a used car. Thank you very much!
New F150 purchase
Right from when I drove onto the lot Robert was very professional and knowledgeable and easy to deal with which made the whole process of purchasing my first truck a breeze.

The Globe And Mail has never been afraid to ask the burning questions. Its in-depth investigations of political scandals, international affairs and financial troubles makes it a favorite of readers throughout Canada.
It recently, however, posed a less serious - but far more entertaining - query. Which is better: the Ford Shelby Mustang or the Ford Focus ST?
Key West Ford has an answer. They're both spectacular!
The Shelby GT500 Mustang delivers incredible speeds with its supercharged aluminum block engine. This sleek option is a high-performance pony car, with a power dome shape that sails down the track. It achieves over 660 HP, letting it dominate the competition. It’s intended for drivers who crave record-shattering thrills and precise cornering.
The Ford Focus ST, however, is a gentler option. This chic hatchback features a reliable 2.0 four-cylinder engine. It blends turbocharged technology with signature EcoBoost support. This generates 252 HP, making it far more suitable for everyday driving. It boasts front and rear suspension, electric power steering and other options to create a smooth ride.
The Globe And Mail wants to choose between the Shelby and the Focus. Key West Ford, however, knows that no choice is needed. They both excel within their categories, making them ideal for drivers across the world.
Ford cars are family cars, passed down from driver to driver, loved for generations.
Greg Harding is no exception to this love. Instead he embraces it, devoting his days to the production of Ford vehicles and supervising quality craftsmanship. He’s a member of the Oakville, Ontario team.
He’s not alone.
Instead his father, Bill Harding, has served on the Oakville production lines as well. The two have worked together, helping to create some of the company’s most enduring vehicles and trading stories about their favorite cars: like the Mustang, the Thunderbird or even the new Edge.
The Hardings represent a multi-generational family - one of many found within Ford assembly plants. Parents and children often join together to build cars that last. They also take advantage of Employee Pricing, which drastically adjusts overall costs by up to $14,000.
Now you can do the same. The Employee Pricing Event is back, with drivers earning the same savings as Ford employees. You may not be part of the manufacturing family but you’ll be treated like you are, with qualified customers receiving up to $1,000.00 in Loyalty and Conquest Cash, special deals on SUVs and Trucks, and much more.
Key West Ford offers the best new and used autos for sale. We also, however, support our community - and we are proud now to sponsor both the 2013 Minto Cup and the New Westminster Salmon Bellies.
The Minto Cup was established in 1901 by Governor-General Lord Minto. It recognized excellence within Canadian lacrosse, rewarding junior teams for both their athleticism and their sportsmanship. Since its inception it has served as one of the premier youth championships.
The 2013 Minto Cup should be no exception. This event - which takes place from August 17 to August 26 in New Westminster’s Queens Park Arena - utilizes a four-team format. Junior players from across Canada will arrive for 10 days of thrilling matches, which will then culminate in a best-of-five series.
Ken Wood, commissioner for the BC Junior ‘A’ Lacrosse League (BCJALL) and organizer of the 2013 Minto Cup, promises, “You will not want to miss this - the best of the best in Junior 'A' Canadian lacrosse will be here and competition will be fierce."
Key West Ford agrees, which is why we'll provide 12 trasnportation vans to the players, as well as offer a $4000.00 scholarship. One of our staffers, Quinn Smith, is even participating in the Minto Cup, continuing a tradition started by project manager Dick Crompton. Dick played in the 1961 and 1963 games, and he never lost his enthusiasm for the sport or the event itself. He and the rest of the Key West team now support Quinn.
The 2013 Minto Cup is certain to excite. Click here to learn more.
Pens and paper no longer define the first day of school. An engine is instead needed, with your teen begging for a car that will drive him to the top of the social hierarchy. You understand the impulse. You simply worry about the cost and potential dangers.
You don’t have to - because Key West Ford offers the best used autos for sale, with a massive inventory that’s certain to ease both your mind and your teen’s quest for style.
Consider these tips before purchasing an automall Ford option.
Create A Cost-To-Own Budget
Your finances are limited, and your teen’s may prove non-existent. It’s important, therefore, to establish a cost-to-own budget. Before horsepower comparisons and rim details determine what can actually be afforded. Include the initial downpayment (which will be higher due to your child’s lack of credit), insurance, the monthly note, gasoline and potential maintenance fees.
Understand Vehicle Ratings
Finding the best deals in used autos is important. Finding the best deals in safeused autos, however, is essential. Be certain to research every potential car, verifying all information. Be aware of crash test ratings, rollover ratings, model histories and more.
Look For Teen-Friendly Features
Not all vehicles are created equal. Some instead offer teen-friendly options, like GPS, electronic stability control, front collision warning systems and more. These functions provide support on the road, allowing your child to be a more effective driver.
Consult With Key West Ford
Choosing the right car for your teen is a challenge. Key West Ford, however, lessens the burden with an ever-changing inventory of pre-owned vehicles, knowledgable salesmen and sterling customer service. We work with you to achieve the best results.
Perfect credit proves elusive, wished for often but rarely seen. Drivers instead find themselves faced with ratings that are as fickle as they are unfortunate. They’re burdened with low scores and lower prospects. Purchasing a vehicle seems impossible.
Instead the best deals in used autos are available to those with less than stellar credit - including you. You simply have to work toward optimization.
Verify Credit Information
Every driver should know his or her credit score, keeping track of each rise and fall. Before trying to purchase an automall Ford vehicle verify your rate. Consult with multiple agencies and compare numbers, noting any discrepancies. A simple mistake on one report could have devastating effects on the others.
Pay Past-Due Bills or Judgements
Even the strongest scores falter beneath the weight of a past-due bill. These amounts accumulate interest, destroy ratings and cause endless frustration. You must pay them. This is the most effective way to improve credit.
Wait Six Months
Redefining your score is not an immediate process. It instead takes time, with information updated slowly and reports often delayed. Wait six months, therefore, before trying to purchase a Ford vehicle. This ensures that all data is current and correct.
Consult With Key West Ford

The 2013 Show and Shine was a rousing success, with crowds flocking to downtown New Westminster in support of good times and great cars.
On July 14 Key West Ford hosted its annual Show and Shine, shaping Columbia Street to a series of entertainments. Live music - led by local favorites 2 Days And Counting, Bobby Cane and Stacey McKitrick - delighted guests of all ages. Martial arts demonstrations thrilled, while long lines quickly formed in front of the endless eateries. Festival food proved too delicious to ignore.
The Show and Shine offered more than a vibrant atmosphere, however. Instead it celebrated all forms of transportation. Vintage cars shared the scene with modern hybrids. High-performing motorcycles competed with sleek throttlers. It was a collection of chrome and gears, and many vehicles received recognition for their power, beauty and speed.
Nancy Carotenuto earned notice for her stock muscle car. George Desrocher drew crowds with his street rod favorite. Sherri Warzay brought European flair to the show with a British import, while Bill Cliff represented domestic Fords. These, along with many other driving enthusiasts, helped to create a dynamic day.
The 2013 Show and Shine highlighted cars, trucks and bikes. It also served as a way for Key West Ford to demonstrate its many sterling services: such as detailing, tinting, wrapping and more. We had forty staffers on site, and they provided guests with important information and big smiles.
Key West Ford is immensely proud of the 2013 Show and Shine - just as it’s proud to be part of the New Westminster community. We’re already planning next year’s event. Get ready! It’s going to be even better.
While spectators enjoyed the musical talents of the live bands - Stacey McKitrick, Bobby Cane, the Beladeans, and New Westminster’s own 2 Days and Counting – they were able to check out all of the amazing food we had to offer.
People flocked down to Columbia Street to enjoy food from our fantastic vendors:
Old Country Perogi
Japadog... AND MORE!
The Key West Ford Show and Shine is a free event for families in downtown New Westminster, and we certainly hope you will join us next year for our 15th anniversary.
Key West Ford Show and Shine 2013 features the FIRST Bicycle Show and Shine!
That’s right, the Key West Ford Show and Shine 2013 isn’t just for cars anymore!
In addition to the Electric Avenue exhibit, we introduced another energy efficient aspect to the event.
Along with all of the classic cars that were on display, we invited the owners of some of the best-kept bicycles in the city to come be a part of the day.
Bicycle owners know the importance of maintaining pride of ownership (much like Ford owners, in our opinion). They take excellent care in making sure their bicycles are running smoothly and looking great.
This year’s Bicycle Show and Shine was presented by EPIK Bikes and New West Cycle.
